Alpuro Breeding has been active in direct sales of calf milk to cattle farmers since 1995, first as part of the Alpuro Group and later as a separate private limited company. The high-quality products, along with intensive calf rearing support, meant the business could expand rapidly.
Meanwhile, Alpuro Breeding's range of products has grown considerably. The range includes a complete arsenal of calf milk, concentrate feeds, complementary products, calf housing and supplies for healthy calf rearing. A team of enthusiastic employees represent today's Alpuro Breeding, based in Uddel, Gelderland.
VanDrie Group
Alpuro Breeding has been part of the Dutch family-owned company the VanDrie Group since 2012. The VanDrie Group is globally-oriented but works locally – with companies in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy and Germany. Its various subsidiaries produce veal and beef, animal feed, raw dairy materials and calfskins. In addition, the VanDrie Group trades in dairy products for industrial use and provides dairy farmers with guidance on rearing their calves.
